i'm so lazy to blog here. the swimming in olympics has finished. it was so good. the australian swim team produced a lot of good results especially the girls 4x100m freestyle relay and 4x100m IM relay. beat the american team in both and broke the world record too. jodie henry was real good too! first australian girl to win 100m since dawn fraser. she broke the record for that in the semi-finals.
jana pittman has been producing some good results too. came first in her 400m hurdles heats and second in the semi-finals. hope she gets a medal.
during the weekends i started my swimming again. after one year of no swimming, i've gained 7 seconds on my 50m freestyle and can no longer swim for long distances. i plan to swim every week and try to improve and get as close to as i was before. hope it works.
i've had a bad encounter with one paarticular friend who i no longer call a friend. i don't have any intentions to associate with people who use people just because they are 'nigelated'. all i have to say is that sorry we were not good enough friends for you. sorry we didn't have the type of 'image' that appealed to you. sorry you like to hang with your 'boys'. sorry you even have 'boys'. you're such a laugh. to see you fall in the trap and lose the friends you once had makes me feel no sympathy for you. no i don't intend in apologising to you, ever. don't expect it because it's not coming.
