It's been a while since my last blog. I'm getting hella lazy to update but I have a few things to add since my last.
Today was the year 12 concert which meant a whole day of bludging for me because i got put on variation to routine for Lighting&Sound. I didn't do much really. Just plug some stuff in and then sit around and talk. The only thing i pretty much achieved was climbing a ladder. Going down was scary.
At lunch, I played was kicking and catching the footy with Osman and Hopper. My catching skills are horrible because i'd either run to far and the ball would bounce behind me or not run close enough and it'd bounce in front of me. Then the boys came and i played a little with them. I managed to tag Youseff and catch the ball a few times because they were low passes. Angeline played with us. I realised that when she throws the ball, she's too busy looking at the person about to tag her and not who she's throwing the ball at. Funny girl.
After lunch, we all headed to the hall to watch the concert. I sat with Jackson, Jenno, Andrew Lim and Aiman because they got there first and the rest of my group wasn't there yet. I didn't think the concert was appealing at all. Actually, only the KCV and Clara's dance held my attention and the rest i was busy talking or cleaning because they were eating pumpkin seed and this corn thing which really smells.
Some of the teachers were being big party poopers. First it was Mr. Cree because everyone started talking and sort of laughing when this boy played the piano. At the end, it was Ms Ellis lecturing about our behaviour. She was like "i don't mind.." and then Youseff from behind called out "well i do". I think he got on behaviour record for that. Only coming back from suspension on Monday, that isn't good.
During the week, nothing much happened. Just maybe a little tension in my group, but really, this always happens and i don't let it affect me anymore because sooner or later it will fade and things will be back to normal i guess. We were all sitting there at recess and nobody was really talking besides me and Angeline so i was like "do you guys want to talk about this problem" but Trish had a headache so we didn't. All that annoys me is the silence that we go through when these things happen and really, i can't be bothered to have to find a topic that everyone can talk about and i don't think everyone else can be either. But, it's always one person that causes these moods for us followed by everyone else going "omg, i don't understand why she's being like this" and so on.
I think i'll try to be carefree and not let these little things bring me down. In the end, it's not worth frowning over a little issue like these.
